Hey there single momma,
As I write this, I am reminded of a song that got me through the toughest of times. I listened to this song every day for about 8 months. I played this song in the mornings as I got ready for work. I played it on my phone during lunch and again at night when my thoughts would bring me to the point of total panic. This song was worth more than any word anyone had to tell me, because it brought the message of restoration I desperately needed. Not restoration of any part of my past life, but rather a restoration of the things that really mattered: My mind, my soul, my heart.
This evening I'm tired and I'm not going to write much. But I will promise you that God restores. This journey can bring its share of difficulty, but I am beginning to see the beautiful beginnings of restoration.
